Task Description: Here is the Taha Challenge for today and it is Taha Tinana, which means physical health. For the challenge we had to stand on 1 foot and put the other foot on our other nee, and seeing if we can stay still by doing for a whole minute. Also closing our eys the whole time and staying focused and concentrated through out the whole minute, keeping you mind clear and doing it is an easier way to do it too. It was kind of hard doing it but I made sure I had a clear mind and tried my best to stay focused and healthy.
