I liked the book because Mrs Clark was acting out the book  and the book was very interesting. My favourite part was the rhyming word in the story.  It was about the ones who have star tomies and the other ones who do not have a star on there tomie.

Olive and the BIG SECRET

I liked this book because it is a very funny book and Mr Moran was acting it out too. It was about a BIG SECRET that Olive had to keep and not tell anybody.

Measuring Milk Chocolate.

Softball.

The game that we learnt was Sneaky Base, Bases Race and tag all the games were so cool. The skills we learnt were butterfly catch,monkey and the bucket catch. I liked how me and my partner worked hard in the game and how we all worked together also how we had fun.

The Manaiakalani Film Festival.

On Wednesday the 9th of November It was Manaiakalani Day. It was in Sylvia Park at Hoyts cinemas. I was a presenter so I went in a van with all the other presenter’s too. I had to wake super early so I didn’t miss the van so I woke up at 6:20 and I left home at 7:30.  When we got there we had a practice for the last time. We went there to watch Pt england movies that we made.  We watched all of the movies and they were so cool. They were for the Manaiakalani Film Festival. Also we watched the presenter’s go up and say a speech for their movie.

My favourite one was Go For Gold because they all tried their best and they worked hard. The star was Levonah because she won all of her games and she even won in rugby and she was the best one. Also I liked the song it was fun. Her class was the Pavilion.

This is my favourite picture because there is nearly everybody from Rm 13 and there is a Merry Go Round it  and was spinning around. Also I could see some shop too and  we were in the middle of Sylvia Park.

Ice-Cream.

Today Room 13 made ice-cream and it was so fun to make it.

Making Our School Clean.

Today Room 13 picked up rubbish to make the school spotless and help Mr Ken because he has cleaned up the school for  a long time so we wanted to help and make kindness.

coke and Mentos experiment.

In week 1 we did a Coke and Mentos experiment and it was fun. Every body got to see it exploed and it did'nt go very high but it was still cool.

Stuck In A Jar Trap.

Once upon a time there was a girl named Lucy and she was 10 years old. She went to her friends house and they were magic people. Then they both went in her friends room and it had a lot of potions in it, then Lucy accidentally tipped  a potion  over and the glass and  cracked it  and went all around her. Then she was in a different country called Paris . Also she was in a large jar in the Awesome Forest and this happened on her 10th Birthday.

Then Lucy “said help me she screamed” she was so hungry and thirsty. She slept overnight and then there was something in her pocket. It was a little fairy she was very tiny and her name was Lillyana. She fell in her pocket when Lucy tipped over the potion and the shelf wriggled a little bit. After that she gave Lucy some food and water then Lucy ’’said thank you’’ then Lillyana ’’said you well come’’ know let's get you out here 1, 2 3 presto.

After that they  were back in Lucy’s friends room she was looking everywhere even in China and India. Also her parents were worried too they were so happy to see her. Then they “said it is still some ones birthday” let’s go out and get some dinner at your favourite place Hong Kong. “Well then let’s go” said Lucy “I’m starving”.

Popcorn Science.

Today we made popcorn we learnt  how the corn Kenel changes beacuse of the heat.

Oobleck.

The ingredients you will need is corn flour, water and don’t forget the food colouring you can use any colour you want. Then you put some corn flour in a bowl and the water but make sure you pour the water in the bowl carefully and mix it carefully  too. After that you can start having a little play with is and mixing it. Then you can add your food colouring my colour was red.

When I felt it it was very hard but it looked like a liquid in the bowl. Also it was very hard to pick it up and clean it of the table. But when you put it in your hand it goes slimey but it is still hard and that is very cool.

I think it is solid because when I tried to pick it up it was very hard. Also when it goes slimey it was still hard. So it is a solid experiment.

My Fun Holidays.

In the holidays I went to Glen Innes with my mum, sister and baby sister. We went on October the 7th and we walked there. We went to the 2 dollar shop and I  bought a red sparkly wand stick my sister bort a long bubble stick and my sister also got a long bubble  stick too.

After that we went to McDonalds, I had a big mac combo. My sister also had big mac combo and my baby sister had a happy meal. We went to Glen Innes  because we went on a special  day out.

After that we went home and when we got home me and my sisters opened the bubble sticks. We played with it all day long.

Going To JUMP.

In the holidays I would like to go to JUMP because I have never been there since I was little so it has been a long time. I would like to go with my family. We would car there and while we are there we will have some fish and chips. Then I am going to go on the big trampoline and do some flips on there and then go do booms in the cube cushions play area. After that we are go home and have a rest.

A Car Stuck Up In A Tree.

Once upon a time there was a man called George. He was a farmer and he had a lot of horses,pigs,cow’s and sheep.

His granddad used to be a farmer so he grew up being a farmer too.

After he feed the pigs and took the cows and horses for a walk he sat down and had fish and chips for lunch.

This was on a Freaky Friday.

He lived in America where his mum and dad lived.

One day when George was driving home something horrible happened to him because there was a earthquake and … he ended up between  two trees with is new blue car that was very precious.

Luckily he had his phone so he called the ambulance. Then they got him down but didn't know how to get his car down. So they had a plan to get the car down. They put four ropes attached to the wheels and the helicopter. Then they lived happily ever after.

My Fun weekend.

On Saturday morning I woke up at 6:00 to get ready for the Cook Island Netball Fields Day. Then we went into the car and  put our stuff in it  and drove to the netball courts in  Mangere. When I  got there I went to play my game and after my game I went to get a sausage sizzle and in my sausage sizzle I had a cheesy sausage, onion and yummy tamatosause .Then I went to my cousins house and I had a sleepover at their house. On Sunday morning I got ready for church and when I got to church I sat down and my papa gave me a bag of lollipops. After church I went back to my cousins house and had a passionfruit ice-cream and had a rest.

My Fun Weekend.

In the weekend I am having a Netball Game for the Cook Island Fields Day. I am going to  wear a blue skirt, red socks, a red t-shirt, my netball shoes and red jumper. My team is called Aorangi Netball Girls. I love playing netball because it is very fun.
