Paige - My Career Journey.

Have you ever done a Career Malaga sheet before?
Well I have and I am going to be telling you about my sheet right here. So as you can see that here is a little photo a about my career path. Also just to be sure if you have done one of these please comment your's down below.

This is my career path sheet and in the middle is a big shield of all my interest, skills, values, and qualities. So this part of the paper is called the words of wisdom and they are about the 4 things I just wrote earl-yr. Then it just means that I need to write  down what are some of things that I am good at. It is also telling me to write down what my dreams and aspiration are for when I grow up. But so far I have a respectful teacher, a good singer and I would want to live in Rarotonga. The reason why I would want to do all of these things is because I would to try more thing and have more other thing in my life to.

' On the the top left corner is a box that says to write down the things you need to be in all the things you would to be. So saying like to choose the right subjects for each thing you want to do in the future. You would also have to write down how much money you would get every year or every hour. Then once you have done that you could move on to the next one. Which says you useful subject. So that means you would have to think about some subject you would have to study to have that job.

Bye bye.

Paige - Poly Fest Trip.

Have you ever been to Poly Fest before? Well I have and I am going to be telling you all about my journey at the 2019 Poly Fest.

On Wednesday the 13  of March Team 5  got to go to 2019 Poly Fest at  Manukau Sports Bowl.
In the morning we all took the roll and got into our team groups. I was in pod 4 with Whaea Kelly and Mrs Tele'a, in my group was Eden, Pisirina, Jazarah, Marika, and Delijah. When the bus arrived we started heading out to the bus and getting on our way. As soon as we got on the bus we had to sit with a partner and my partner was Marika.

We finally arrived in Manukau at the Poly Fest Event and we all jumped out of the bus and waited. Once the teachers were coming we all started walking towards the gate entery. All of some other schools were there too. Once we finally reached the front of the line we patiently waited for the Poly Fest people to come and say that we are good to go through. So there was a little problem but we had permission to go and set at the Diversity Stage were all he school were. But then a lady came with some blue bands and the teachers had to put it on, on each of us. Then a lady came over and talked to us about what activity's there were and which instructer we had guiding us through the day.

Then we moved off to our groups and headed down to our first activity and it was Team Building. After that it was I also orginize the flags to their Islands. But then there was more and our next stop was called the Thinking Game. Then after all those rotation there was one more and it was called Blue light. All of these rotation games were really fun and cool.

When the time past and the sun went then came back Whaea Kelly took us to the food stalls to get some food. The food that we got was smoothie's and we could also have dumplings and panakeke. We all had very fun together too, but just to say it was very hot and that was the least highlight of the day. My favourite highlight of the day was having fun together and getting all the free stuff at some stalls that was around the Poly Fest feild.

The End / To be continued.

Paige - How are students able to respect our environment?

The future of our environment is riding on the shoulders of today’s youth.

When students make sure that their school is clean they are helping our world be a
healthy environment.
When you see rubbish on the ground pick it up and put it in the right bin.
Once you see lots of rubbish around have some respect, pick it up and chuck
it in the bin. Also, by making sure you help each other clean up when you are at home or someplace else.

When picking up  rubbish it is really good  to put it in the right bin, here is what
bin the right rubbish goes in.
fruit waste goes in the red bin/ waste bin, hard cardboard and other hard rubbish
goes in the yellow bin and lastly the soft plastic goes inside the black bin.

When seeing  people who is stuck seeing which bin the rubbish goes in
have some respect and go u and help them out don’t just walk past them,  help
them then it will be easy for other people.

Picking up rubbish anywhere not only a school.

Picking up rubbish at school is okay but how about picking up rubbish in the
streets and at home it could be yuck but it is also good picking up anywhere and
not only in
school so that means picking up rubbish in the streets and at home.

When walking past rubbish at school people will pick it up but walking
past rubbish at home or anywhere else some people won’t even pick they will just

Picking up rubbish anywhere not only at school.

If picking rubbish is easy at school then it should  be okay picking
up rubbish at home or the streets.

I know that picking up rubbish is yuck but then the environment will be
ugly and nasty, but still pick up the rubbish in the streets and at home.

Here you have it all four reasons why students need to respect our
environment and become part of the solution.
Make sure you follow these steps and keep our environment beautiful and clean.

The End.
