    2 Truth & 1 Lie - Move Ya Body.

    Two Truths and One Lie
WALT: create a recount using descriptive language.

    Instructions:
You are going to create a recount about the immersion assembly that we had as a school today. You will need to pick two of your favourite parts of the assembly and recount those in a paragraph. Then you will need to make up something that didn’t actually happen or change an event that happened at assembly. You can then put them in any order in your recount. Use the template below to help you.

    Introduction: Orientation
    • Who?
    • What?
    • Where?
    • When?
    • Why?
    • How?
On Monday 23rd July we had an immersion assembly where we found out our new topic is called move ya’ body. I am writing a recount with a twist. The twist is that there will be two truths and one lie in my paragraphs. You the person reading it will need to guess which ones are the truth and which one is a lie.
    Paragraph 1: Truth or Lie?
    • Recount in the order that it happened.
    • Who does it involve?
    • What was it?
On Saturday I went to the Matariki Light Trail.

Last week Wednesday I went to Jellicoe pools at 8:00pm.

Last week Thursday me and my family went to Manukau to go have a feed.
    Paragraph 2: Truth or Lie?
    • Recount in the order that it happened.
    • Who does it involve?
    • What was it?
On the first day of school I was my Nena house.

In the holidays I went to Rainbow Zend with my family.

After we went to the park we went to Mcdonalds.

    Paragraph 3: Truth or Lie?
    • Recount in the order that it happened.
    • Who does it involve?
    • What was it?
After the youth rally Chruch we went to KFC.

On Friday last week we went to the Otara Church.

When the adults were  sleeping me and my cousins played hide and seek outside.
    Conclusion:
    • Summing up your ideas
    • Add in your personal feelings here.
When I was writing these 2 truths and 1 lie I felt guilty and happy.  Why I was guilty because I did not actually do some of these that I wrote down. But when I did some of them it was fun and happy time in the holidays.

Make sure to proofread your work once you have finished.
    Does it make sense? Yes

Are there any spelling mistakes? No
